🚀 We’re Hiring: AI/ML Engineer
📍 Pune | Full-Time
We are looking for a passionate and 2 to 3 years experienced AI/ML Engineer to build scalable AI products, LLM pipelines, RAG systems, and intelligent AI agents.
🔹 Core Skills
- Languages: Python, JavaScript, SQL, C++ (Basic)
- LLM/AI: LLaMA 2/3, BERT, Mistral, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP Servers, RLHF
- ML/DL: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, CNN/LSTM/GAN/VAE
- Vector Search: FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant, ChromaDB, Hybrid Retrieval
- Backend & APIs: FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, JWT
- DevOps/MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD, AWS, GCP
- Automation: n8n, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Security: PII Redaction, RBAC, Audit Logging
🎯 What We Expect
✔ Strong experience with production-grade AI systems of 2 to 3 years
✔ Hands-on expertise in LLM fine-tuning, RAG & Agentic AI
✔ Problem-solving mindset with scalable architecture thinking
