Role Overview:
We are looking for AI/ML Engineer 8+ years of industry experience in building, scaling, and maintaining production-level machine learning models.
Mandatory Skills:
· Python and deep learning frameworks
· LLM or Generative AI work
· LangChain or AI agents
· ML pipeline or production ML systems
· Cloud or distributed ML
· Proficiency in Python and expertise in ML libraries like NumPy, JAX , TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
· Strong understanding of classical/shallow and deep learning algorithms, and practical experience in applying them.
· Deep understanding of trade-offs in architecture (latency vs. accuracy, batch/regularization, clustering etc)
· Proficient in deep learning methodologies and comfortable with techniques such as clustering, forecasting, regression, and classification.
· Ability to design end-to-end ML systems, from data ingestion to real-time inference.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong engineering mindset, with the ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in a team.
