Role Overview
We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer for an early-stage AI + Education startup building practical AI-driven products and automation systems.
This is not a research-heavy role. The focus is on execution, experimentation, and shipping real AI features fast.
The ideal candidate should be highly curious, product-oriented, and comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and integrate AI-powered product features
- Work with OpenAI and other LLM APIs
- Develop chatbot, automation, and AI workflow systems
- Build conversational AI and RAG-based applications
- Experiment rapidly and ship production-ready features
- Optimize prompts, workflows, and AI system performance
- Collaborate closely with founders and engineering teams
Core Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
- Exposure to OpenAI APIs, LLMs, AI agents, or automation workflows
- Experience with Python and API integrations
- Strong execution and experimentation mindset
- Comfortable learning quickly in startup environments
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Projects involving AI agents, chatbots, RAG systems, or automation tools
- GitHub projects, hackathons, or internship exposure
- Startup internship experience preferred
- Strong curiosity toward applied AI products
