Role Overview
RePut.ai is looking for an experienced AI ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions that power our sustainability and data-driven platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine learning, data modeling, and AI-driven product development, with the ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models for real-world applications
- Work with large datasets to build predictive models and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into platform features
- Develop and optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Build and maintain data pipelines and model workflows
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve outcomes
- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI models
- Exposure to MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
- Experience working in a SaaS or startup environment
- Understanding of sustainability, ESG, or data-driven compliance platforms
