Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for extracting and enriching features from engineering/CAD data.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and inference.
- Work with structured and unstructured data, including 3D geometry and engineering datasets.
- Develop and integrate ML models into backend systems using Python-based frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate domain requirements into ML-driven solutions.
- Build APIs and services for model deployment using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Monitor model performance, validate outputs, and continuously improve model accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, models, and deployment pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5-8 years of experience in machine learning or applied AI roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with data processing using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
- Understanding of model evaluation, validation, and performance metrics.
- Experience working with structured datasets and building reproducible ML pipelines.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to 3D data, CAD models, or geometry processing (highly preferred).
- Experience with computer vision or spatial data modeling.
- Working understanding of Data Pipeline (Immuta)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Experience with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, model monitoring).
- Experience integrating ML models with backend systems (FastAPI).
