Experience : 3-6 years.
We are seeking an AI / LLM Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using modern Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and AI tooling frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval-based AI systems, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven applications. This role will focus on integrating AI services into enterprise workflows, evaluating AI tools, and deploying AI-enabled applications while ensuring security, data privacy, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered applications using foundation models and LLM APIs.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies and context management techniques for better model outputs.
- Integrate LLM services into applications and enterprise workflows using modern AI frameworks.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Work with vector databases such as Weaviate or Pinecone to store and retrieve embeddings.
- Implement AI guardrails, security controls, and responsible AI practices in production environments.
- Evaluate and select AI tools and platforms suitable for real-world business use cases.
- Deploy and manage AI-enabled features and applications across enterprise systems.
- Monitor AI applications using experiment tracking and observability tools.
- Optimize model usage based on cost, performance, and scalability considerations.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Communicate AI concepts and solution capabilities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with self hosted LL environments such as Ollama.
- Knowledge of LangChain ecosystem and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with experiment tracking tools such as Weights & Biases (W&B).
- Familiarity with LLM monitoring and observability tools such as Langfuse.
- Experience implementing RAG pipelines and chunking strategies.
- Experience deploying AI features inside business tools or productivity platforms
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of foundation models and LLM ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques and context optimization.
- Experience implementing AI services within applications or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of embeddings and semantic search concepts.
- Experience building AI solutions that integrate with business workflows.
- Knowledge of AI security, data privacy practices, and responsible AI principles.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools and platforms for practical use cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to AI implementations.

- Exposure to MCP server development or usage.
