Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer (8+ Years Experience)

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer (8+ years) who can architect, build, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI/ML systems at scale. You will be responsible for transforming complex business requirements into robust ML pipelines, integrating modern LLM ecosystems, orchestrating distributed training infrastructure, and ensuring high-performance model deployments across cloud environments. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on engineering excellence, and the ability to operate in a high-velocity, production-critical environment.
Required Technical Skills
Transformers, LLMs, CNN/RNN/LSTM/GRU, attention mechanisms, self-supervised learning.
Tokenization, embeddings, generative models, RAG, prompt engineering.
PyTorch Distributed, Horovod, DeepSpeed, Ray.
