About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Lead to join our dynamic team of researchers, data scientists, and developers at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying advanced artificial intelligence solutions tailored to diverse industry needs, including commerce, agriculture, insurance, financial markets, and procurement. Your primary responsibility will be to design, optimize, and implement machine learning and generative AI models that address complex real-world challenges. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and generative AI technologies. Proven hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers is essential. Candidates should have expertise in working with large language models (LLMs), model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Scala for ML development is required. Additionally, familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is important, along with experience in big data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Dask. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to scale ML models from prototypes to production environments and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields is preferred.

- Work effectively with global teams across different time zones, maintaining clear communication and project timelines.
