We are looking for a AI/ML Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you’ll design, develop and deploy AI agents that transform how manufacturing companies handle their sourcing, procurement, new product development & supplier relationships. You will work alongside software engineers, data engineers & domain experts to bring innovative AI solutions to real-world industrial challenges.
Responsibilities
· Design and develop advanced AI models focused on procurement, engineering & supplier intelligence
· Architect and implement multi-agent AI systems for automated decision-making
· Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems integrated with LLMs and vector databases
· Develop scalable AI solutions using Azure AI services
· Fine-tune models for optimal accuracy, efficiency, and latency
· Collaborate with the development team to deploy & maintain production AI systems
· mplement MLOps practices and feedback loops for continuous improvement
Qualifications
· 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (startup or SaaS experience is a plus)
· Deep Expertise in:
o Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural language Processing
o Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
o Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
o Python and AI libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain)
· Strong Understanding of
o Azure & OpenAI API Integration
o Multi-agent systems & AI orchestration
o MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
· Proven ability to work with both structured & unstructured data
· Experience with cloud-based AI deployment
