Job Summary We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
Location: Pune, WFO
Experience- 3 yrs
Salary : Up to 15 lpa
he ideal candidate is proficient in working with large datasets, building end-to-end ML pipelines, and integrating models into production systems. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to drive intelligent automation and deliver scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems. • LLM post-training with RLHF
• Preprocess and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets. • Build scalable, reusable, and automated ML pipelines and workflows.
• Work on end-to-end ML lifecycle—from data wrangling to model evaluation and optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, testing, and CI/CD.
