Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled AI Specialist to lead the development, training, and implementation of AI models tailored to real-world business challenges. You will also leverage existing AI tools and technologies, develop intelligent AI agents using open-source frameworks, and integrate these solutions into our operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, train, and deploy custom AI/ML models across varied domains such as NLP, CV, predictive analytics, and automation.
- Utilize existing AI tools (like GPT, LangChain, Pinecone, LLaMA, etc.) and platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, etc.) to rapidly prototype and implement solutions.
- Develop AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, task completion, and autonomous decision-making using open-source technologies.
- Work with data scientists and product teams to align AI models with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage data pipelines: data collection, preprocessing, annotation, augmentation, and transformation.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time application.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research, frameworks, libraries, and open-source tools.
- Document architecture, processes, codebase, and model outputs in a structured and scalable format.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team mentoring where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, HuggingFace Transformers, etc.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, vector databases, and AI agents (e.g., Auto-GPT, BabyAGI, LangGraph, etc.).
- Proven experience building and integrating AI-driven agents using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, or other open-source frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, neural networks, and ML/DL concepts.
- Experience using or fine-tuning foundation models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience using Docker/Kubernetes for model deployment is a plus.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, data pipelines, and working with large datasets.
- Ability to identify the right AI approach for a business use case and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Qualifications:
- Experience developing AI for business use cases like customer support automation, recommendation engines, fraud detection, predictive modeling, etc.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, multi-agent collaboration, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
- Publications, Kaggle rankings, or open-source contributions in the AI/ML space are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive projects end-to-end.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Note: Candidates must have experience with at least one deployed AI model tied to a real-world use case.
