About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Neural AI systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and custom model development from scratch. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong hands-on approach to building intelligent AI systems utilizing modern neural architectures. You will be responsible for deploying production-grade LLM applications, solving complex computational challenges through advanced mathematics and machine learning techniques, and driving innovation within our AI initiatives.
The position requires a high level of ownership, research capability, and the ability to independently architect and develop end-to-end AI solutions. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering and be comfortable with occasional visits to our headquarters in Nagpur for strategic discussions and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning engineering
- Strong proficiency in Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and related AI technologies
- Proven experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI systems
- Hands-on expertise with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
- Experience working with vector databases including Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, and Weaviate
- Proficiency in programming languages and ML frameworks such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud infrastructure management
- Strong system design skills and problem-solving capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize neural network-based AI systems to meet project requirements
- Build and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines utilizing vector databases and embedding techniques
- Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Model-powered applications, copilots, and AI agents
- Evaluate and enhance open-source and proprietary LLMs for specific use cases
- Create custom machine learning and deep learning models from scratch to address complex problems
- Architect comprehensive end-to-end AI pipelines and workflows for scalable deployment
- Optimize inference systems for latency, scalability, and accuracy to ensure robust performance
- Conduct in-depth research to evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems seamlessly
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable AI infrastructure suitable for real-world applications
