Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable AI/ML Engineer to join our core technical team. You will be instrumental in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models that power our core products. From refining natural language processing pipelines to orchestrating large language models (LLMs) for new SaaS offerings, you will bridge the gap between complex data science and scalable, production-ready software.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust machine learning models and generative AI systems from conceptualization to deployment.
- Optimize existing algorithms for maximum performance, accuracy, and scalability across our product suite.
- Integrate AI models seamlessly into current software infrastructure and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate complex business needs—and highly creative marketing visions—into technical specifications.
- Implement effective MLOps practices, managing data pipelines, model retraining, and continuous monitoring.
- Stay ahead of the curve on 2026 AI advancements, identifying new frameworks and techniques to keep CodeAstra's offerings highly competitive.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI development, or deep learning roles.
- Languages: High proficiency in Python. Familiarity with C++, Java, or R is a strong advantage.
- Frameworks: Strong practical experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and LLM orchestration tools (like LangChain).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and working with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Data Skills: Deep understanding of data structures, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Mindset: A highly analytical problem-solver who takes ownership of their work, thrives in an iterative development environment, and approaches challenges with absolute confidence.
