Arnsofttech is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-driven systems that solve real-world business challenges. This role is heavily focused on building intelligent, agentic, and production-grade AI solutions, including AI Agents, Private GPTs, Small Language Models (SLMs), and Virtual Advisors. You will work at the forefront of applied AI, leveraging state-of-the-art LLMs, multimodal systems, and deep learning techniques, while contributing to scalable backend and user-facing applications.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI/ML applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Help in building and maintaining data pipelines for AI systems.
- Ability to write clear documentation and collaborate in teams using Git / GitHub.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate progress, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and implement agentic AI systems with tool use, memory, reasoning, and function calling.
- Build and optimise RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, including tokenisation, embedding generation, vector indexing, retrieval strategies, and caching mechanisms.
- Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA, and other open-source models.
- Fine-tune and deploy Small Language Models (SLMs) for lightweight and domain-specific use cases.
- Work with open-source language and vision-language models, including quantisation and performance optimisation techniques.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and reasoning frameworks (e. g., chain-of-thought, structured outputs).
- Develop AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.
- Integrate vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Image processing (object detection, contour detection, OCR).
- Build and optimise deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs) for structured and unstructured data tasks using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Work with Graph Databases (e. g., Neo4j) to model knowledge graphs and enhance AI reasoning.
- Implement model optimisation techniques such as quantisation and model compression for efficient inference.
- Conduct model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments.
- Create data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and ingestion pipelines.
- Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with scalable architecture.
- Build production-ready APIs and backend services to orchestrate AI workflows.
- Implement secure and efficient inference pipelines for real-time AI applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured databases.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and/or Java to support AI applications.
- Build or integrate frontend interfaces using React to deliver intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
- Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems into AI solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI-enabled applications.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering discipline from a Tier 1 institution.
- Experience: Must have more than 1.5 years of experience.
- Academic Performance: Consistent and strong academic record.
- Core Concepts: Solid understanding of fundamental AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts.
- Programming: Strong programming skills in Python and problem-solving ability.
- Foundations: Excellent knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
