Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer based in Mumbai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying patterns, building neural networks, and optimizing models. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various applications.
We are seeking skilled AI/ML Engineers with hands-on experience in predictive modeling, large language models (LLMs), and agent-based systems. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable AI solutions and working on advanced machine learning and generative AI use cases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and developing Neural Networks
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and experience with Algorithms
- Knowledge of Statistics and its application to data analysis and modeling
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML development, such as Python, R, or Java
- Understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- Fine-tune LLMs using PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA techniques
- Perform feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
- Work with vector databases and multi-step agent workflows
- Prior experience in AI/ML projects or research is a plus
