Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI/ML Developer with 3+ years of experience in building and deploying intelligent systems. The role focuses on developing scalable ML solutions, optimizing models, and solving real-world business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models
- Build and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, VAEs, diffusion) using Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data
- Train, evaluate, and optimize models
- Integrate AI solutions into production systems
- Perform data analysis and feature engineering
- Develop Multi-Agent Systems and agent workflows (CrewAI, LangGraph)
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and monitor performance
- Stay updated with AI/ML trends
Requirements:
- Strong Python skills
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras
- Knowledge of vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and RAG
- Understanding of ML concepts (classification, regression, clustering, deep learning)
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy
- Model deployment using Flask/FastAPI
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of Git and MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow)
- Basic knowledge of Spark/Hadoop and ETL
