About the Role
We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent solutions using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building, training, optimizing, and deploying machine learning models while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Collect, preprocess, clean, and transform structured and unstructured datasets.
- Develop AI-powered applications using Python and modern ML frameworks.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing applications.
- Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
- Build APIs and services to expose AI models for production use.
- Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and model monitoring.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Experience with SQL and handling large datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of MLOps, Docker, Git, CI/CD, and model deployment.
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating AI models into applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems is an added advantage.
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments is a plus.
