About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team at Intuitive.ai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge machine learning solutions that impact diverse business functions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning systems. You will be responsible for designing innovative AI/ML models, particularly focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI frameworks. Based in Ahmedabad, India, this full-time position requires a proactive individual capable of collaborating across teams, analyzing complex datasets, and translating insights into impactful solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years in machine learning, data engineering, or AI development is essential. Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in popular ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn, are required. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and experience in deploying scalable ML solutions is highly desirable. Knowledge of NLP techniques, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based AI systems will be considered a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models to meet diverse business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and efficient. Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to gather, clean, and preprocess both structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity. Analyze datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights, guiding the development of effective models. Build, train, and optimize machine learning algorithms, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks, tailoring solutions to specific organizational requirements. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics, experiments, and cross-validation techniques, iterating to improve accuracy and robustness. Develop end-to-end ML pipelines encompassing data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and continuous monitoring. Communicate complex technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and techniques, integrating innovative approaches into ongoing projects to maintain a competitive edge.
