AI/ML Developer
Location: Pune
Mode: Work from Office (5 days + alternate Saturdays mandatory)
CTC - Upto 18 LPA(Negotiable based on experience)
We are hiring an experienced AI/ML Developer with 5+ years of experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications.
Must Have
* Experience with AI frameworks like Llama, LangChain or similar
* Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and LLMs
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models
* Build applications using LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI
* Develop and optimize ML algorithms and data pipelines
* Work with large datasets for training and evaluation
* Integrate AI models into production systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills
* Strong proficiency in Python
* Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
* Knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning
* Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and scalable system design
