Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled AI/ML Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python and LangChain, along with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and real-world implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications
- Work extensively with Python for data processing, model development, and integration
- Build and optimize LLM-based applications using LangChain
- Integrate AI models with APIs, databases, and backend systems
- Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Fine-tune and evaluate ML models to improve performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML tools, frameworks, and trends
Required Skills & Qualifications- 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Developer
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience with LangChain and LLM workflows
- Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts
- Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, or Chatbot development is a plus
- Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience with OpenAI / LLM APIs
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience working in an IT service-based company
