🚀 We’re Hiring: Generative AI & Agentic AI Mentor
📍 Location: Kolkata (Newtown – Mani Casadona)
🕒 Type: Part-time / Session-based / Contract
💡 About the Role
AI Academia is looking for experienced Generative AI & Agentic AI professionals to mentor college students through hands-on, industry-focused training. If you enjoy teaching and building real-world AI solutions, this role puts you right at the intersection of education and innovation.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person AI training sessions at partner colleges
- Teach prompt engineering, AI agents, and automation workflows
- Guide students on real-world projects & capstone implementations
- Provide mentorship and technical support
- Evaluate progress and deliver constructive feedback
- Contribute to curriculum improvement
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI & Agentic AI
- Practical knowledge of AI tools & automation workflows
- Ability to teach and simplify complex concepts
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Experience building real-world AI applications (preferred)
🎓 Preferred Background
- Computer Science / AI / Data Science or related field
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience
- Passion for education & student development
