Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gwalior for an AI Master Faculty with CertED Technologies. The role involves designing and developing AI course modules, delivering lectures, conducting workshops, and staying updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence trends and technologies. Additionally, the faculty will mentor and guide participants, assess student progress, and work collaboratively with the training team to ensure the successful delivery of AI training programs. Active involvement in developing custom technical training content and providing insights for industry-focused training strategies will also be required.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning concepts.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with knowledge of AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Practical experience with AI model development, deployment, and optimization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver technical concepts to diverse learners.
- Ability to mentor and evaluate participants’ performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Updated knowledge on the latest trends and tools in Artificial Intelligence and its applications.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
- Prior corporate training or teaching experience in an academic or professional setting is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to design custom AI training materials to fit industry needs.
