AI Content & Growth Operator

About the Role
We are building an AI-led content system — not a content team that happens to use AI, but a system where AI is the engine and the right operator drives it forward.
This role is for someone who thinks in workflows, builds repeatable systems, and is obsessed with output quality and speed. You will own the entire content production pipeline — from ideation and workflow design to execution and iteration.

What You Will Do
Content System Operations
• Design, build, and manage AI-assisted content workflows from scratch
• Scale content output across formats — written content and short-form video
• Develop structured, repeatable production systems from raw ideas
• Maintain consistent quality and brand voice at high output volumes
Continuous Improvement
• Audit and improve workflow speed, consistency, and performance weekly
• Test new AI tools, formats, and distribution strategies proactively
• Track performance metrics and iterate based on real data
• Document systems so they can be handed off, scaled, or replicated
Ownership & Execution
• Work directly with the founder — minimal layers, maximum responsibility
• Make decisions without waiting for detailed instructions
• Identify gaps in the system and fix them without being asked

Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, AI video tools, or equivalent
• Understanding of content formats across text and short-form video
• Ability to turn ambiguous briefs into structured, executable plans
• Comfortable with automation tools and workflow builders (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, or similar)
• Strong written communication — clear, direct, no fluff
• Prior experience building or improving a content or operational workflow is a strong plus
