KaraX.ai is our AI infrastructure platform focused on helping people and businesses operate faster through intelligent workflows, agents, and automation.
We are hiring an AI Marketing Lead who can combine marketing, AI, automation, systems thinking, and execution.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone who actively experiments with AI tools, builds workflows, automates repetitive work, and thinks beyond task execution.
If you need detailed instructions for every task, this role is not for you.
Do Not Apply If
- You do not actively use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, n8n, or similar tools in your daily workflow
- You have never built automations, AI workflows, or experimented with AI agents
- You only have theoretical marketing knowledge without execution
- You are only focused on content posting or social media management
- You are uncomfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- You cannot work during 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
What You’ll Work On
AI-Powered Marketing Systems
- Build AI-driven marketing workflows and automations
- Use tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, Claude, ChatGPT, and AI agents to automate growth workflows
- Experiment with AI-native acquisition strategies
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
- Improve funnels, onboarding flows, landing pages, and conversion systems
- Track CAC, retention, activation, and growth metrics
Content & Distribution
- Build scalable AI-assisted content systems
- Create growth loops, distribution workflows, and marketing experiments
- Work on AI-first positioning and messaging
Systems Thinking
- Identify repetitive workflows and automate them
- Think in systems instead of isolated tasks
- Build processes that scale
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and growth
- Daily usage of AI tools in real workflows
- Ability to think independently and execute without constant follow-ups
- Basic coding or automation capability (Python, JavaScript, APIs, workflows, scripting, etc.)
- Experience with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
- Curiosity about AI systems, agents, automation, and emerging tools
- Strong ownership mindset
Strong Bonus
- Experience building AI agents or AI-assisted workflows
- Paid ads experience (Google/Meta/LinkedIn)
- SaaS or startup experience
- Experience with analytics tools and growth experimentation
- Builder mindset with side projects, experiments, hackathons, open-source contributions, or self-initiated work
