Role Description
The AI Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in a full-time remote role, using AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance Estinio Group’s digital presence and customer engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with market research on local real estate trends, optimizing online listings and campaigns, and helping design marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and joint venture projects. The intern will contribute to content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels, and help monitor performance metrics to refine campaigns. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with sales and customer service teams to understand client needs and improve communication across platforms.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and potential clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, segment audiences, and support data-driven campaigns.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to understand lead generation, conversion processes, and alignment between marketing and sales goals.
- Candidates should be comfortable using AI-driven marketing tools, basic analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Candidates should be pursuing or have completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field; real estate interest or experience is a plus.
