Role Description The AI Marketing Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting marketing initiatives that promote AImploy’s AI-powered recruitment solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with market research, gathering and analyzing competitive and customer insights, and contributing to marketing strategy development. The intern will help create marketing materials, support digital campaigns, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align messaging and understand user needs. This role involves regular communication with cross-functional team members, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and presentations that inform marketing decisions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy development using data-driven insights.
- Interest or experience in Sales and marketing collaboration to support lead generation and outreach initiatives.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools is beneficial.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in recruitment and HR is a plus.
