🚀 We’re Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer (LLM Exposure)

📍 Delhi · Full-Time

We’re looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer with experience building and deploying ML models, and exposure to LLM-based applications.

🔧 What You’ll Do

🤖 ML & LLM Application Development

▸ Build, train, and deploy ML models (NLP, recommendations, basic CV)

▸ Work on LLM-powered applications (chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems)

▸ Integrate APIs like OpenAI / Anthropic into real-world workflows

▸ Assist in building simple RAG pipelines using existing frameworks

🛠️ Backend & API Development

▸ Develop APIs for ML models using FastAPI or Flask

▸ Work with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis) for storing model outputs and metadata

▸ Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to integrate ML features

📊 Model Evaluation & Improvement

▸ Evaluate model performance using standard metrics

▸ Perform basic prompt tuning and improve output quality

▸ Debug model outputs and improve reliability over time

☁️ Deployment & MLOps (Basic)

▸ Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

▸ Use Docker for containerization

▸ Support CI/CD pipelines and model versioning

✅ What We’re Looking For

▸ 3–5 years of experience in ML/AI development

▸ Strong Python skills

▸ Experience with at least one: PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn

▸ Basic experience with LLMs (prompting, API usage, simple RAG)

▸ Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex (nice to have, not mandatory)

▸ Experience building APIs (FastAPI / Flask)

▸ Understanding of databases and backend systems

▸ Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

▸ Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

⭐ Nice to Have

▸ Experience working on chatbot or GenAI applications

▸ Basic understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

▸ Familiarity with Docker and deployment workflows
