AI Learning Design Associate
Full-time, remote 'AI Learning Design Associate' position, open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The role involves supporting the creation, testing, and delivery of AI-led learning, coaching, recruitment, and assessment experiences, alongside client coordination and project management. Key responsibilities include writing and refining AI prompts, testing AI outputs, and translating client requirements into internal action points. Ideal candidates should possess strong English communication skills, basic prompt-writing abilities (e.g., with ChatGPT), and an interest in L&D, HR, or psychology.

Technical requirements
- Comfort working with AI tools
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets, or similar tools
- Exposure to learning platforms, recruitment platforms, or assessment tools
- Comfort with digital platforms
Roles and responsibilities
- Support the Learning Design team in building and improving AI-led learning sessions, simulations, assessments, and reports
- Write, test, and refine prompts for AI-led learning and assessment experiences
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal notes, trackers, and action points
- Test AI sessions, reports, dashboards, and platform flows before client rollout
- Review AI outputs for clarity, quality, flow, tone, and alignment with client expectations
- Coordinate with clients across corporate L&D, HR/recruitment, schools, colleges, coaches, and training teams
- Attend client calls, capture meeting notes, follow up on action items, and support smooth delivery
- Share client feedback with internal teams and help track required updates
- Prepare simple documents, trackers, presentations, and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
