WHAT YOU'LL DO
01 ICP Research & Account List Building
Build targeted lists of $2–10M US businesses using Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Identify founders, CEOs, and CFOs with enriched firmographic and intent data.
02 AI-Powered Outreach Execution
Design and run multi-touch ABM campaigns across LinkedIn and email. Use AI tools to personalise at scale — messaging tailored by persona, stage, and service line.
03 Campaign Monitoring & A/B Testing
Track open rates, reply rates, and meeting bookings. Run structured tests on subject lines, CTAs, and copy — iterate fast based on what converts.
04 CRM Hygiene & Pipeline Reporting
Log all outreach and lead status in the CRM. Deliver a weekly pipeline report covering outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
05 Content Customisation & Sequence Design
Adapt CFOLogic's messaging into persona-specific sequences — separate hooks for founders (Service 1), sitting CFOs (Service 2), and startup operators (Service 3).
