Description

AI & GenAI Strategy :

• Define and own Mouri Tech enterprise AI and GenAI architecture
• Lead the design of domain-specific LLMs, AI copilots, and agent-based systems
• Establish AI standards, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks
• Guide teams on model selection (LLMs, SLMs, open-source, proprietary) and hybrid AI strategies
  
  

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Architect and review end-to-end AI solutions from data ingestion to model inference and enterprise integration
• Lead RAG, knowledge-based AI, and multi-agent orchestration implementations
• Ensure scalability, security, compliance, and cost optimization
• Provide technical leadership for multi-client AI programs
  
  

AI Engineering & Platform Enablement

• Define LLMOps / MLOps frameworks for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Drive adoption of vector databases, embeddings, and AI pipelines
• Ensure production-readiness of AI platforms running on cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  
  

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and CXO-level AI discussions
• Lead AI discovery workshops, PoCs, and value assessments
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in AI, ML, or data engineering, with at least 3 - 5 years in GenAI / LLM-based systems
• Strong expertise in LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and AI agent architectures
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge-based AI
• Experience designing LLMOps / MLOps pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and cloud-native AI architectures
• Ability to work with enterprise stakeholders and delivery teams
  
  

Good-to-Have

• Experience with domain-specific AI (Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Supply Chain, Service Ops)
• Knowledge of fine-tuning, LoRA, RLHF, or model optimization
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and data privacy
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms or copilots
