Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for an AI Lead. As an AI Lead, you will lead research, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. Core responsibilities include managing AI/ML projects, designing and implementing machine learning algorithms, leading a team of AI engineers, and ensuring the scalability and performance of AI models. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning methodologies
- Strong Python programming and experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Data Science expertise, including data preprocessing, visualization, and advanced analytics
- Experience in software development, system architecture design, and model deployment
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and mentoring junior members
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field preferred
- Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus
