Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Lead located in Chennai, India. The AI Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing AI solutions, managing AI research projects, and leading AI development initiatives across various projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of AI-driven insights that align with client goals. The AI Lead will also oversee the integration of AI technologies into the company's services to drive innovation and business growth.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in AI development, including expertise in machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, alongside practical experience with popular AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights
- Proven track record in successfully leading projects and managing teams in AI or data-driven environments
- Strong understanding of integrating AI solutions into existing business processes and systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Prior experience in healthcare, market research, or decision support industries is a plus
