Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an AI Lead at HAIR RAP BY YOYO, based in Ahmedabad. The AI Lead will oversee the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance customer services and improve salon operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing predictive models, analyzing data for business insights, automating processes, and collaborating with creative and operational teams to integrate AI into various aspects of the business. The AI Lead will also stay updated with emerging AI technologies to ensure the salon remains a trendsetter in its industry.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, and developing data-driven solutions
- Ability to design and implement automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative and operational teams
- Proven ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and trends
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Prior experience applying AI in the service or retail sector is a strong plus
