Senior AI lead
Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI Lead with 8+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Python, Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions to drive enterprise automation and innovation.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 3 years in Leading the team.
- 7+ years in Python development.
- 5+ years in AI/ML development
- 2+ years in Agentic AI and multi-agent systems
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face
- Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with MCP, A2A communication, Agent Observability, and Agent Lifecycle Management
- Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, GCP (Vertex AI preferred)
- Understanding of MLOps, AIOps, and DevSecOps
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
- Build scalable multi-agent frameworks and orchestration systems
- Optimize agent performance and reliability
- Integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms (SDLC, CRM, ERP, LMS)
- Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
- Stay updated with emerging AI and autonomous agent trends
