Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for an AI Lead – Automation & Open Source AI. The AI Lead will lead the design, development, and deployment of automation systems and open-source AI solutions tailored to the organization's justice delivery platform. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with development teams, researching new AI and machine learning technologies, optimizing AI algorithms, and fostering an innovative approach to problem-solving for justice technology challenges. Responsibilities also include system integration, managing AI pipelines, and ensuring scalable, efficient, and secure AI implementations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Open Source AI tools
- Experience in Automation tools, Process Optimization, and Workflow Technologies
- Skilled in Python, R, or other programming languages used in AI and data analytics
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision techniques
- Experience with Data Engineering, Model Deployment, and Cloud Technology
- Ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver results on schedule
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior work in legal tech or similar domains is a plus
