What You Will Experience

International Exposure & Compensation
- Top contributors may be invited to collaborate on international AI projects with teams based in Germany and Europe
- Compensation for international project contributions ranges from €1,000 to €2,000 per month, depending on role, responsibility, and performance

Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is designed for high-caliber candidates with strong academic, technical, or professional backgrounds who are committed to building global careers in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
Eligible Candidates:
- Experienced Professionals: Engineering and technology graduates (BTech, MTech, MSc, PhD) with relevant experience in AI, ML, Data Science, Software Development, or related domains
- High-Potential Students (India & Abroad): Final-year or academically outstanding students with a proven track record and a clear goal of pursuing higher education or internships abroad
- International Students: Currently studying abroad (especially in Europe) and seeking advanced, project-driven exposure in real-world AI applications
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong academic performance or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Proven skills in programming, analytical thinking, or research
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation, projects, or technical development
- Readiness to work in a high-performance, globally collaborative environment
Not Eligible:
- Candidates without demonstrated technical capability or commitment to AI/ML/Data Science
- Individuals seeking general training without the intent of engaging in rigorous, outcome-driven projects
