Summary
We are looking for an AI Implementation Strategist to design, build, and deploy AI-powered no-code/low-code automations that streamline business operations. This role focuses on implementing AI solutions, developing AI agents, integrating business systems, and eliminating manual processes using modern automation platforms.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms, AI tools, APIs, and workflow orchestration, not just AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered no-code/low-code workflows.
- Build AI agents using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs.
- Develop automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar platforms.
- Integrate CRMs, ATSs, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
- Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and AI APIs.
- Configure and maintain outbound email infrastructure, including DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Identify manual processes and replace them with AI-driven automations.
- Test, optimize, and maintain automation workflows.
- Document automation processes and implementation standards.
- Research and implement emerging AI tools to improve business efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience building no-code/low-code automations.
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Experience implementing AI solutions using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and system integrations.
- Experience integrating multiple SaaS applications and business systems.
- Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Docker, Git, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of CRM, ATS, ERP, and recruitment automation.
- Experience managing email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
