Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Jaipur is for an AI Implementation Intern. The intern will assist in the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and optimal performance of the company's tools. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, configuring software solutions, providing customer support, and maintaining client satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to refine and improve processes is also an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Software Implementation to effectively deploy and optimize AI solutions for clients.
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service, including client training and troubleshooting.
- Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction by understanding and addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
