The RoleWe are looking for a high-octane AI Implementation Engineer to lead the transition into an AI-native company. You won't just be "using" AI; you will be building autonomous agents into our products and revolutionizing our internal development life cycle (SDLC) through agent-assisted engineering.
We need a "builder" who understands the underlying ML foundations but spends their time shipping production-ready code.
Key Responsibilities- Agentic Workflows: Architect and deploy autonomous agents (using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen) to automate complex, multi-step business processes.
- AI-Augmented SDLC: Act as the internal champion for AI-assisted development. You will implement tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or custom agents) to automate Backend, Frontend, and Database tasks.
- Cross-Platform Delivery: Ensure seamless integration of AI features across our web and mobile ecosystems.
- AI/ML Foundations: Support AI/ML projects including RAG optimization, vector database management (Pinecone/Chroma), and model fine-tuning.
- Rapid Prototyping: Build and iterate on AI-powered POCs within days to test new product hypotheses.
Requirements- Experience: 1–2 years in a professional software engineering environment with a focus on LLM implementations.
- Education: B.Tech/B.E. from IIT, NIT, or BITS is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
- Agentic Expertise: Hands-on experience with function calling, tool use, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- The Hacker Mindset: You are obsessed with the latest AI research and can move from a "paper" to a "prototype" in record time.
