Role Description
We are hiring an AI & Growth Generalist on a remote contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who understands AI tools, automation, and digital marketing and wants practical startup execution experience.
Your main focus will be helping Calyco grow through automation, AI tools, and digital marketing execution.
Responsibilities
• Build automation workflows
• Use AI tools for marketing and operations
• Manage and grow social media accounts
• Create AI-assisted content
• Execute digital marketing campaigns
• Generate leads and business opportunities
• Improve business processes using automation
• Research new AI tools and growth strategies
Required Skills
• Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.)
• Basic automation knowledge
• Social media understanding
• Marketing fundamentals
• Strong execution mindset
• Fast learner attitude
• Good communication skills
Good to Have (Not mandatory)
• Python basics

• Canva or design tools

Compensation
Fixed Retainer:
₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (based on skills & contribution)
Performance Rewards:
We reward strong performers well. Higher confirmed orders and growth contribution will be rewarded with additional performance-based earnings.
Contract Type
Remote contract role. Long-term opportunity possible based on performance.
