Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Growth Engineer based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The AI Growth Engineer will focus on identifying and executing scalable growth strategies, leveraging data and AI-driven techniques to optimize marketing performance and maximize revenue. Daily tasks include performing data analysis, testing and refining growth experiments, collaborating with internal teams to implement growth initiatives, and managing key projects to completion. The role also requires effectively communicating results and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in growth hacking techniques and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue
- Excellent communication skills to articulate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in project management to plan, execute, and evaluate growth-focused initiatives effectively
- Background in data science, machine learning, or AI-driven tools is a significant advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
