About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor who can create high-performing creatives for digital marketing campaigns.
This role focuses on performance-driven design rather than decorative visuals. You will work with the marketing team to produce ad creatives, social media visuals, and short-form video content used in lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design static and video creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and other social media formats.
Maintain consistent brand identity across campaigns.
Create marketing assets such as thumbnails, banners, PDFs, and presentation materials.
Use AI tools to speed up creative production while maintaining human creativity and judgment.
Review engagement and CTR data to improve creative performance.
Required Skills
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Video editing experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Ability to use AI tools effectively while applying human creativity and design thinking.
Ability to deliver work quickly while maintaining quality.
