About the Role
We are looking for an AI Graphic Designer who combines strong graphic design fundamentals with a passion for AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be able to transform creative briefs into high-quality, visually engaging brand creatives using a mix of traditional design skills and generative AI.
You will work closely with the Creative, Social Media, Content and Production teams to create visuals for campaigns, social media, digital platforms, brand communication and advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, visual directions and graphic assets based on client briefs.
- Create high-quality social media creatives, campaign visuals, digital ads, presentations, key visuals and brand communication assets.
- Use AI tools to generate, enhance and manipulate images, backgrounds, characters, environments, products and visual concepts.
- Create AI-generated visuals and compositions that are commercially relevant and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work on image generation, image-to-image, visual manipulation, compositing and creative enhancement using AI tools.
- Combine AI-generated assets with traditional graphic design to create polished final creatives.
- Explore new AI tools, workflows and techniques to improve the quality, speed and efficiency of creative production.
- Work closely with Art Directors, Stylists, Copywriters, Social Media Managers and Creative Strategists to execute campaign ideas.
- Adapt creatives across multiple formats, platforms and aspect ratios while maintaining visual consistency.
- Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines, typography, colour, composition and overall visual language.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver creatives within defined timelines.
- Stay updated with AI trends, design trends, visual culture and emerging creative tools.
AI & Design Tools
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- ChatGPT / Gemini – ideation, prompting and creative development
- Freepik AI /Higgsfield
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Canva or other design tools as required
Strong knowledge of AI tools beyond the above list will be an added advantage.
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, AI design or a similar creative role.
- Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated and traditional design work.
- Ability to write effective AI prompts and iterate outputs to achieve the desired creative direction.
- Good understanding of image manipulation, retouching, compositing and visual enhancement.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop a creative visual solution.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Experience working with brands, advertising agencies or creative studios is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
- Someone who is curious, experimental and constantly exploring what is possible with AI.
