Role Description

We are seeking a full-time AI Global Sourcer to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in Hyderabad with occasional remote work flexibility. The AI Global Sourcer will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and managing high-quality AI professionals and experts. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and building relationships with a talent pipeline, as well as collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs. Additional tasks include leveraging data-driven recruitment tools, maintaining comprehensive candidate records, and staying informed on hiring trends across the AI and tech industries.

Qualifications
  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and pipeline management for AI and tech roles.
  • Data Management: Competence in maintaining accurate candidate databases and analyzing hiring trends.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, generative AI tools, and related technologies is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Recruitment Tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems and online recruitment platforms.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work within a hybrid model, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Global Perspective: Strong understanding of diverse cultural contexts and the ability to source talent across different regions.
