🚨 We’re Hiring: AI & Generative AI Corporate Trainer (Immediate Requirement)
We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to deliver impactful, full-day training programs in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at engaging audiences, driving hands-on learning, and delivering premium training experiences in a corporate environment.
📍 Location: Hyderabad (In-Person)
🕘 Duration: 8–9 hours per day (Full-day sessions)
Role Overview
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering immersive, lab-driven training sessions that bridge conceptual understanding with real-world application. The role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to manage diverse learner groups, and a passion for enabling professionals to effectively leverage modern AI capabilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact, end-to-end corporate training sessions with a strong focus on learner engagement and knowledge retention
- Orchestrate interactive, lab-intensive workshops that drive real-time application of concepts
- Contextualize learning through industry-aligned use cases and business scenarios
- Cultivate an engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment
- Tailor delivery approaches to suit diverse professional audiences with varying levels of expertise
Experience & Technical Expertise
- 6+ years of proven experience in corporate training within AI/technology domains
- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, and model lifecycles
- In-depth understanding of Generative AI architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and transformer-based systems
- Hands-on expertise in prompt engineering techniques, prompt optimization strategies, and contextual AI interactions
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation workflows, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-based systems
- Exposure to real-world AI applications, business integrations, and use-case-driven implementations
- Ability to guide participants through practical exercises, experimentation, and applied learning scenarios
