AI Generalist
About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Generalist who can operate at the intersection of AI tools, workflows, automation, content, product thinking, and execution. This is not a research-only or engineering-only role. We need someone who can quickly understand business problems, identify where AI can create leverage, and ship practical solutions fast.
The ideal candidate is highly curious, adaptable, internet-native, and obsessed with learning emerging AI capabilities before everyone else.
What You’ll Do
AI Workflow & Automation
* Build AI-powered workflows using tools like GPTs, Claude, Gemini, n8n, LangChain, Flowise, etc.
* Design automations for operations, marketing, sales, research, customer support, and productivity.
* Experiment with agentic workflows and multi-agent systems.
* Integrate APIs, no-code tools, and AI models into scalable systems.
Prompting & AI Operations
* Create high-quality prompts and system instructions for different use cases.
* Optimize outputs across text, image, video, voice, and research tasks.
* Evaluate and compare different AI models and tools.
* Maintain internal AI playbooks, SOPs, and knowledge systems.
Content & Creative Execution
* Use AI for content creation, scripting, research, editing, and ideation.
* Generate high-performing social media, podcast, newsletter, and marketing assets.
* Work with AI image/video tools for rapid creative production.
Research & Problem Solving
* Continuously discover and test emerging AI tools and workflows.
* Break down business problems into AI-first solutions.
* Conduct rapid experimentation and document learnings.
* Stay ahead of trends in GenAI, automation, and AI products.
Product & Execution
* Prototype MVPs and internal tools quickly.
* Collaborate with founders, operators, marketers, designers, and developers.
* Think in systems, not isolated tasks.
* Move from idea → execution → iteration extremely fast.

* Comfortable learning new tools rapidly without handholding.

* Strong communicator with structured thinking.
* Able to balance creativity with execution.
* Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with GenAI tools and LLMs.
* Familiarity with automation platforms.
* Understanding of APIs and integrations.
* Basic understanding of Python or JavaScript is a plus.
* Experience with AI content workflows.
* Knowledge of AI agents, RAG systems, or fine-tuning is a bonus.
* Understanding of distribution, growth, or audience building is a plus.
