We are looking for unusually sharp, curious, high-agency people who live on the frontier of AI. If you track new model releases for fun, experiment with tools before others hear about them, and can turn ideas into working systems fast — keep reading.
What you will do
- Stay ahead of the latest AI developments (OpenAI, Claude, open-source, agents, workflows, etc.)
- Use tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, coding copilots, and APIs to build useful internal systems
- Create clean Markdown (.md) documentation, prompts, workflows, and knowledge bases
- Rapidly prototype ideas, automations, experiments, and mini-products
- Help solve random hard problems across product, ops, engineering, research, and growth
- Work directly with founders in a zero-bureaucracy environment
Who You Are
- Extremely smart, fast learner, and naturally resourceful
- Deep interest in AI; you genuinely care about what’s new
- Comfortable with code, no-code, terminals, APIs, and figuring things out alone
- Strong communicator with structured thinking
- Obsessed with building, not just talking
- You probably have side projects nobody asked you to make
Bonus Points
- Experience with Claude Code / Cursor / Windsurf / Replit / LangChain / MCP / local LLMs
- Python / JS basics
- Prompt engineering skills
- Startup mindset
