We're looking for an experienced AI/GenAI Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design AI/agentic orchestration frameworks and LLM integration strategies
• Build AI-assisted rule transformation and governance solutions
• Develop prompt engineering, RAG, and vector retrieval frameworks
• Implement AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability
• Optimize model serving, inference, and deployment architectures
• Lead engineering teams with hands-on coding and production-grade code reviews
Required Skills:
• LLM fine-tuning, optimization, and prompt engineering
• Agentic AI architectures and orchestration frameworks
• RAG, vector databases, and AI governance
• Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI)
• Inference engineering (vLLM, SGLang, etc.)
• Cloud-native AI deployment and distributed systems
Preferred Experience:
• 12+ years in AI/ML engineering
• Enterprise GenAI platform development
• AI governance and regulated industry environments
