AI Full Stack Developer
Position: AI Full Stack Developer
Location: Hybrid (Chennai)
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
About the Role :
We are seeking a talented and versatile AI Full Stack Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, end-to-end web applications. This role is heavily weighted towards Front-end excellence: you should be at your best when designing clean, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces using React.js and Next.js. Alongside this, you will carry solid working knowledge of Fast API for backend development, and exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, and Agentic AI workflows is good to have.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop highly polished, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js, with a strong emphasis on UI/UX best practices.
- Build interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and chat/agent-style interfaces that present AI-driven outputs to end-users in a clear and engaging way.
- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Fast API (Python) to support front-end applications end-to-end.
- Integrate Generative AI capabilities and Agentic AI workflows into products, with hands-on use of LangChain and LangGraph for building multi-step agent pipelines.
- Design and orchestrate tool-calling workflows, retrieval-augmented pipelines, and conversational AI flows.
- Configure and manage virtual machines (VMs) for application hosting, ensuring smooth, secure, and reliable end-to-end deployment.
- Deploy and manage applications across cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP choosing the right services based on project needs.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI/ML teams to translate requirements into functional, scalable, and visually compelling solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging trends in frontend frameworks, GenAI tooling, and cloud-native deployment practices.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong, hands-on expertise in React.js (must-have), with working knowledge of Next.js for building modern, production-grade web applications.
- Excellent command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design principles.
- A strong eye for UI/UX comfortable turning designs/wireframes into polished, user-friendly interfaces; this is a key focus area for the role.
- Solid working knowledge of Fast API (Python) for building and integrating backend REST APIs end-to-end.
- Good to have practical exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, and Agentic AI architectures.
- Good to have hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building agentic / multi-step AI workflows.
- Experience configuring and managing virtual machines (VMs) for application deployment.
- Working knowledge of deploying and hosting applications on any major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with REST API integration, state management (Redux / Context API / Zustand), and component-based architecture.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to design detail and code quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Applications / Software Engineering.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals/Developer Associate, or Google Cloud Associate Engineer.
- Any relevant certification in React/Frontend Development, Python/FastAPI, or Generative AI (e.g., LangChain-based courses, DeepLearning.AI Generative AI certifications).
