We're looking for a hands-on AI engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building things end-to-end, and can jump across multiple workstreams without losing momentum.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and iterate on AI-powered applications across 2–3 concurrent use cases
- Develop and deploy AI agents and workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
- Rapidly prototype solutions using vibe coding tools and AI-assisted development
- Own full stack delivery — from backend logic to frontend surfaces — with minimal oversight
What we're looking for
- 5–6 years of full stack engineering experience
- 2+ years of hands-on AI development experience
- Proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI agent frameworks
- Comfort with AI-assisted coding tools — GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent
- Self-starter mindset — you don't wait for direction, you create it
- Ability to multitask effectively across parallel use cases without dropping the ball
Engagement Details
- Type: Contract
- Duration: 3 months, extendable based on performance
- Working hours: Until 1:00 PM EST
- Location: Remote
